What’s included:
Your nutrition plan is customised based on your goal and preferences. I will of course take into consideration things such as allergies, time for cooking, money for grocery shopping and more.
It does not matter how much experience you have in the gym. I will make sure the program you get will fit your level and take into consideration injuries. Your plan will be designed around your preference whether you want to work out in a gym, at home or outdoors. I will also create a plan using the equipment you have at home if you have any.
You get 1-to-1 coaching by me personally, with weekly check ins with me, anytime calls or scheduled video calls if you ever need one.
You get your own online VIP-client page, where you have to do weekly check-ins. I use that information to adjust your training and nutrition. Your personalised tracker page keeping a track on your progress.
My goal is to help you realise yours. Based on your progression I will change your nutrition and training depending on our weekly check ins and your progression. Your plans will be updated every month without fail and weekly if your progress requires it
All available via my app, allowing you to take your workout and nutrition guides with you wherever you go and gives you my support and guidance in your pocket. You will also have access to my personal whats app number.

Overweight as a child, when I discovered the gym at 15 it completely changed my life and since then I have made it my lifelong ambition to help others do the same. Started my own boot camp company at the age of 17, built it from 2 people to over 50, added more classes, more qualification, more equipment & more staff & by the time I was 24 owned my own fully equipped gym open to the public. I was then made World merit ambassador for the United Nations in 2019 a role that saw me touring schools promoting health and well-being to kids up and down the UK.
