Designed around your eating habits, preferences, allergies, likes and dislikes. It also generates a shopping list for you so you know exactly what to put in your shopping trolley.
This will be created specifically for you, your goals, abilities, whether you want to work out at the gym or home. As well as this via the app you will also be able to log any other activities you do and I will be able to respond and see these.
With my via the app to get a weekly update on your progress to make sure you are doing well and that we are on the right track.
You will be able to contact me Monday through to Friday and I will respond within 24 hours, to support, guide, motivate and to communicate with you with tips and tricks that helped me along each stage of the 16 weeks.
You will be able to track your progress via my app and this will enable me to determine what tweaks or changes I need to make to your plans.
